Job Description

Are you a hands-on Marketing Manager seeking a dynamic role in Oka, Quebec? This is a unique opportunity to work with and across several Indigenous-owned and operated businesses in Quebec. Our client is in search of a detail-oriented individual to spearhead the execution of customer-focused campaigns. Collaborating closely with the Innovation Manager, Social Media Manager and IT Specialist, you'll contribute to initiatives and manage campaign execution. This position requires boots-on-the-ground involvement, where you'll brief teams, coordinate stakeholders, and lead projects and campaign implementation. What you’ll be doing

• Own the execution of marketing plans and campaigns, responsible for communication and role out across the organizations and teams
• Work closely with Social Media Manager on execution of social media campaigns and plans ensuring consistency and effective analytics/reporting
• Contribute to the expansion efforts including, engaging with potential affiliates, leads and other businesses (lead generation)
• Participate in and help implement new CRM tools
• Together with the broader team work on customer-focused and insightful campaigns and tactics to help support customers throughout their journey, exploring partnerships and collaborations when appropriate
• Work with vendors and stakeholders to develop and design point of sales materials and displays ensuring high quality and cost effective production
• Responsible for quality control standards for all point of sale materials such as displays, signage, and promotional materials
• Identify target market and ensure marketing activities and strategies are aligned with target market
• Identify and execute on enterprise-wide initiatives such as promotions, client discount days, points program?
• Stay connected to stakeholders, seeking and responding to their feedback in a timely and effective manner

What You Bring:

• Secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• Bilingual able to communicate effectively in French/English
• Proven experience in marketing, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and robust organizational and creative skills
• Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency working with AI tools and technologies
• Vendor management and negotiation skills
• A natural curiosity and innovative problem solving approach
• Good judgement and experience in development of creative communications, including brand standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills that you’ll use to build strong relationships with business owners and team members.
• Capacity and ability to work across multiple businesses effectively and efficiently
• Knowledge of sustainable production practices and environmental standards is an asset
